For ear wax removal, we strongly advise using olive oil ear drops 2-3 days prior to your appointment to give the best chance of successful ear wax removal.
We travel to areas within a 20 minute drive from Rownhams, Southampton.
Please note appointments outside our service area are likely to be cancelled.

To book your ear wax removal appointment please select on the booking form a date and time to suit you, fill in your details (please make sure the address is where you’d like the appointment to be carried out), complete the medical questionnaire and then pay your £35 deposit. You are able to book on behalf of someone, please make sure the details are of the person who requires the appointment.
All home visit ear wax removal appointments are £80. A non-refundable deposit of £35 is paid upon booking your appointment and the remaining £45 will be charged at your appointment.

To book your hearing test appointment please select on the booking form a date and time to suit you, fill in your details (please make sure the address is where you’d like the appointment to be carried out), complete the medical questionnaire and then pay the £30 deposit. You are able to book on behalf of someone, however please make sure the details are of the person who requires the appointment.
All home visit hearing test appointments are £100. A non-refundable deposit of £30 is paid upon booking your appointment and the remaining £70 will be charged at your appointment.
If a significant buildup of ear wax is identified at the start of your appointment, we’ll use this slot to remove the ear wax (incurring charge of additional £40), and arrange another appointment to perform the hearing test. At the subsequent appointment, a fee of £100 will be collected for the hearing test.
